The Roslyn (N.Y.) lacrosse team needed a victory against Nassau Conference rival Glen Cove (N.Y.) to guarantee a playoff spot, and Jordan Hurwitz provided it in the form of a miraculous goal from 75 yards out.

With time running out, Hurwitz fired a desperation attempt that somehow found its way to the back of the net and broke a 6-6 tie. Itís one of the most remarkable goals youíll ever see.

Hurwitz also had the assist on Hunter Rebettiís game-tying assist with four minutes remaining, so you could say the kid had himself a day. Roslyn improved to 8-6 in the always competitive Long Island lacrosse region.
