please visit the gofundme site to support young Liam McGuire, The SWR lacrosse community has been very supportive of Liam in the past and really need your help now

http://www.gofundme.com/ys36nvj4

Liam is 11 years old and was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) in January 2011. He was in remission and relapsed in August 2015. He is currently undergoing treatment at Stony Brook University Hospital.
Liam’s family lives in Shoreham, New [lacrosse]. His parents grew up in the Shoreham-Wading River (SWR) school district and have lived in the community for over 30 years. Liam attends 6th grade at the SWR Prodell Middle School. He plays soccer in Sound Beach Soccer Club. He also plays lacrosse, basketball, and runs track as part of the SWR Community Programs. Liam and his family belong to the parish at Saint John’s the Baptist Catholic Church in Wading River.
Liam’s treatment involves an aggressive chemotherapy regimen and he will possibly require a bone marrow transplant. The family must now travel in search of a children’s oncology hospital in which they can consult with doctors about treatment for his Leukemia. Liam’s parents work full-time. His mother must now stay home to care for Liam and this has put a significant financial burden on the family.
“Friends for Liam” are looking to raise money to pay for medical and household expenses his family have and will incur while Liam undergoes treatment.

The family of Liam and “Friends for Liam” thank you for your love and generosity.
