My daughter did this for one summer and it was great. You have to have a team coach as well as players who are willing to do make this commitment. In all the years my daughter played with the town PAL team, only 1 coach told us about this and wanted to do it. I think they also run an indoor winter league. Your daughter can join as an independent player if her town team doesn't play. I think you might also be able to do this with the summer league.
