Lots of daddy ball, buddy/neighbor/nephew ball on Hawks. They also picked up an assistant coach and his son mid-summer last year right before to tryouts. (Had no need for either) Word on the street it was a “favor” for getting another family member in as head coach for one of the other teams.
If Hawks cut the st Mary’s kids they wouldn’t have a team next year. I’m exaggerating of course, but more than half their team goes to SM. Wonder what’ll happen in the next year or two with SMHS coaches running their own club.
It's daddy ball central and easily the most embarrassing team in the Hawks org.
