They do practice in Garrison Forest HS so tech Baltimore County but pull from a lot of Howard/Columbia.
Their roster tends to have girls from Howard, Baltimore, Carroll, etc. They are probably the most widespread program which is why the use Garrison. Somewhat centrally located.
