To bring this thread back around, I think this "messing with the controls" by the lax coaches is a bunch of experiments to understand how they will get an edge if/when age-based lax comes back, which will reduce (not eliminate) the # of prep school holdbacks.
I don't understand how age-based youth lacrosse has anything to do with high school lacrosse?
