If you have had a player coached by him you would know. He is direct but positive. He knows his players inside and out and helps them develop all their skills. His drills are great at developing skills and confidence to be turned into actual plays on the field. Unlike some other coaches who are negative and tear down their players, he is skilled at building them up. |
