There is not a single 91 team that is eligible to play in HOCO that should be playing in Elite this spring. Not a single one. This is not even debatable. It’s a joke that HOCO would allow any 91 team to play in Elite. They haven’t earned it on the field and they all have records that would make the Bad News Bears embarrassed.
