As a coach I think the rankings are fine. Along with teaching the game, it gives a team the motivation to play harder and improve by beating teams ranked better than you. You can use it in a pre game speech to amp up your team. The kids eat it up! Especially if they win. Also it improves their competitive nature and how to respond and grow as a "team". It's all fun. |
