The only choice a donor then has is to litigate, which is an expensive and unpleasant proposition. The more probable outcome, the donor just stops giving. I've seen donors gift a high percentage of a kid's tuition as a restricted scholar athletic award. The School awards it to an "uncommitted" aka a less than serious athlete. The kids enrolls and quits all sports and continues to receive full aid. You can gift a phenomenal physical plant. You can even fund lucrative coaching endowments and attractive athletic and academic leadership awards but you can't stop administrators from hiring ineffective coaches or coaches from recruiting and awarding leaderships to poor candidates. Sounds like you believe LB has management issues. Maybe you should elevate your thoughts to the School's President or members of their Board?
Has anyone heard of LB?

Never heard of her
