I thought I read the team is supposed to be made up of kids from the IL women's top 2022 list and the UA Watchlist. That said there will be a lot of deserving girls who don't get selected and a few who do that are head scratchers. to me this is the highest accolade a High School player can achieve... Congratulations to those who made it.

That's interesting because a name is in neither. I was always under the impression that it fed off the UA Watchlist, why is there a watchlist to begin with then?
