Do you share your recruiting efforts with others on your daughter's team? i.e. what college ID camps your daughter is attending, schools that have shown interest, etc. Does your club allow it or does your club have a strict "don't ask don't tell policy"? The whole recruiting process seems so stressful that in my opinion it seems that sharing info is helpful (knowledge is power kind of thing). |
