Why not just calling Joe and asking? BOTC should be talking to the Wave program to find out more.

President and administrator of the Long Island Senior Girls Youth Lacrosse League (LISGYLL) since its formation in 2000 and the Long Island Wave Lacrosse girls' summer travel program . A women's lacrosse official for 16 years and currently ranked as a National college umpire who has worked the New York State Semi-final championship and Long Island Championship games in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. Officiated the NJCAA Women's college championship game in 2005. Member of U.S. Lacrosse Women's National Rules Committee and current chair person of the Nassau County Women's Lacrosse Officials Association (NCWLOA) since 2003. Currently New York State rules interpreter. Former director on U.S. Lacrosse Board of Directors from 1997 through 2003. Coached youth and high school girl's lacrosse since 1990. Former volunteer coach of the Farmingdale girls varsity team including the 2002 undefeated Long Island Champions and New York State Finalists.
