There are 230 high school teams in Maryland. All 11 MIAA “A” teams were ranked in the top 18 last season.
Send your kid where he will have a chance to get some playing time. There are never any guarantees, but take stock of the situation and be honest about your kids’ chances of playing at these schools. MIAA is great but not if you’ll never get to play.
