There is an 02 birth year that will be 20 in October of Freshmen year!
Ummm…02 birth year would be turning 19 in October 2021. Maybe a math refresher course or some thing would help. SMH
02 birthday in October is correct for most of the country. NY is one of the few states where the cutoff for entering school is December. Most states are September. So most of the kids with September through December of 02 are just entering freshman year
