There aren't choices like ML and Hawks in Bmore. Not at this age level. Crabs? FCA Blue? Who else? Certainly not the 91 squad or the GrTurt/Looneys/Koopers brigade. Not Kelly Post AAA. All good clubs but a half step to several steps behind the 28 hawks and ml.
If the argument is "by 9th grade there are more elite options in Bmore than AACO-PGCO-HOCO," OK that's a great 2-beer debate.
Given the # of AACO and HOCO kids attending Balt City / County MIAA schools for full price year after year, it seems like many parents have no problem with the distance LOL. Maybe they also think there's more elite options in Balt?! |
