Because it is racist and the person that posted it is oblivious to that or just a straight up racist.
It isn't racist to understand that Manhasset's demographics have been changing significantly over the past decade or two, and that the new residents care more about Kumon than lacrosse.
How is discussing demographics racist? If a town has a certain make-up that does not emphasize one activity over another the participation in that activity will go down. This is why your seeing the increasing popularity of lacrosse in non-traditional areas like Florida and Texas. As more ex-NYers move out of state they bring the game with them.
