I assume the Hawks players going to DC Express is either sarcasm or trolling. That ain't gonna happen, although I wish it would, because then my son's team would finally beat the Hawks and they would do so surprisingly easily.
But it does make the good point that every player whose parents think he is elite within 50 miles of River Road is planning to try out for DC Express, and there will not be room for everybody. Last time I checked they only allow ten players on the field at a time.
So that's every elite player in a circle from Towson, Annapolis, Frederick all the way to Warrenton in Virginia. Ludicrous. You'll MAYBE get some NL/VLC guys who want to go on to a better club, and that's it.
