To have a program you actually need a culture and not just one class of kids brought in by a player's dad. Spalding will be even worse than they already are(hard to believe) once the hawks leave. You can't build a "program" off of 10 kids in one class and Spalding is trying to do just that. It will never work. Why do the Calvert Hall's and BL's have perennial success? They have a culture and keep bringing in talented kids who buy in--something Spalding has never done or will ever do.
