Programs take 3-4 years to develop, especially if the local talent has not been established before. Need to have a core group of talent who buy into the program and you build the younger pipeline from there. It is only prudent to wait to year 4 before judgements can be made and even then culture can take a few more years to establish. This is a fine program and making very good positive progress. |
