Should be birth year but is not and it is just silly to think 14 yr olds are playing 2026 for any team. Hawks were not biggest team out there (True IL and BLC had enormous kids). The sour grapes is laughable, the hawks get their pick of Anne Arundel county and some of the eastern shore and the talent is centralized. They have a few big kids but most of the team and a lot of the scoring comes from kids that are undersized and skilled. The gap is narrowing as shown with a well coached and talented VLC team leapfrogging other elite teams so this group will be fun to watch. Save the conspiracy theories for the LI board. |
