I ran a club for 10 years when my kids were playing. The club was nonprofit (legit nonprofit) . The money is in running tourneys. Right now the tournament money is not being refunded but may be credited for next year. The NGLL -girls spring league- is run by CR and he wants to replace the 8 week season and playoff with a 3 day weekend tourney over Labor day for the same $$$. The club owners are not flush with parent money. |
