Did you keep stats on your players from last year? if not do it this year then and only then can you accurately evaluate your players. Then add the subjectives such as how hard the kid plays, his speed , dodging and or stick skills, leadership ability on the field, and of course heart (does he keep playing hard even when ur losing) |
