Yes they are. The powers that be still promised that kids from PA would fill out the MD team for HoCo and tournaments...the failure of that experiment is one of the reasons that 2023 Rock folded last year.
You don’t play HoCo anymore in High School...ya dumsky... you have no idea what you are talking about.. most High School teams are national teams
