Avoid B Teams for the big organizations,as you’ll pay for an A team but not get A team experience. And you’ll be going to another tryout next year.
After that, the three things you’ll look for are:
1. The Head Coach
2. The Head Coach
3. The Head Coach
It doesn’t matter the organization. What matters is the guy who is running your team. If you don’t know who the coach will be.. Run!
