Congrats to the LI teams at the schoolgirls national tournament this weekend taking 1 and 2nd. That said ridiculous how US lacrosse is promoting the superstar from down south . The MVP of the tournament was from a non compete lower division , have never seen that before , and is absolutely ridiculous .

No sour grapes, the award has never gone to a player in the lower level non play off brackets . Best player in country is laughable , the kid would be a good player on LI . US lacrosse is trying to promote the sport which is all it is . Congrats to YJ on having another one of their players winning the award .
I'll draw a few lines for you, not perfect but worth a discussion because you question her competition. Her American Heritage FL team beat St. Stephens & St. Agnes VA who beat Darien CT who beat Garden City NY and lost to Manhasset NY by 1. That American Heritage team from Florida is legit and you need to open your mind to the fact that great players come from more than just the 516 and 631...
The lunatics don't care. Haters gonna hate. The jealous parents will go on the attack every time a player other than their daughter is recognized as being better than their daughter.
They do it during the recruiting process, they do it during club team tryouts, They do it when the School girl teams are selected, they do it when Inside Lacrosse puts out their player rankings, they do it when UA Underclass Teams are selected, they do it after UA Seniors are announced , they do it all the time. This is just another example.
