BOTC has been anxiously awaiting this type of response. Question for you : exactly when do the results count? In all of our experience with youth sports, no team, coach, or player goes out to "lose". Every team shows up knowing that the results are being recorded.

If you do not want to have a true league with results, book indoor time and run a scrimmage. Under those circumstances, there will be no scores and no standings.

Do you really believe that there's a correlation between 7v7 indoor and a real lacrosse game? Also, Coastal, Bethpage, Farmingdale, Mt Sinai indoor and every other winter league we've ever played kept no standings, most didn't even have scores at the games. Do you think that there's any benefit to a team and it's weaker players in particular for them to be playing to win at all costs in winter league indoor games? Especially at the younger ages where the entire game can be decided by 2-3 kids on each team.
