Which 2016 programs/teams are the strongest and why?
Outlaws have added two stud attack men from express orange, face off middie from fl$ and a beast D-man from Chamimade/Team LI.
They already have a stud midfield, that is only getting better.
Express will also be good for this age, but those should be the 2 bug dogs at 2016 on LI.
