What is leading you lacrosse geniuses into thinking Valor will not being good THIS year? Is it the fact that they won every tournament they entered so far including box? Those were B level tournaments they won this fall... You have to know that. Team did look good at Box tournament though, assuming no '31's joined. Didn't see Rebels at Box this year?

Didn't valor beat the rebels last time they played in the spring? Then took their best player? Rebels only scored 2 goals in that game vs Valor defense. How are they going to score more after losing their best play maker. Doesn't make sense.

91 is a joke at this age…yes when they reclass and pull in out of state they might be relevant. They don’t even play in good tournaments right now because they know that. Lax fans. You would all be making a mistake to think 91 and Express won’t be top level teams eventually. Are upstart clubs like Moose, Rebels and Jesters putting out great teams at this age, yes. And did Igloo and Legacy make an interesting move to become AA, yes. But 91 and Express pull in national talent by middle school. They likely don't heavily recruit for it, it comes their way because of the clubs they are. And I have seen it happen over and over. The US Club rankings mean something to clubs from a brand perspective. Look at the 2029 rankings that just came out. Yes so sign up for 91 and Express now. Pay that tuition and fool hotel fees and travel the country for tournaments playing other teams from Long Island. Spend that money! Then when you can finally benefit from being on those 2 teams the coaches kid will start or some fly in double reclass from Florida will start over your kid. All the clubs can get your kid recruited but everyone will sign over their kids happiness to play on the top 2. Trust me the top two will empty your wallet with pay to play practices, tournaments out of state on holiday weekends . Now S2S is in on it too. Director is coaching at LuHi hoping to get his hands on some reclassed there. Better than playing for the Rebels or Mooselax in my opinion.

They use terms like fly ins and hold backs that kids lose spots to. But not the better players. Kids lose spots because they aren’t good enough to play on the team.

Regardless of tournament level the boys showed up and did their job. They will be in some tough tournaments in spring/summer and you will have your answers.
I believe Valor beat Rebels the last two times they played.

Regardless of the level of competition in the fall tournaments the Valor boys still showed up and did their job.
They actually beat Rebels the last two times they played them but I am sure the Rebels improved since then as well.
They have a tough tournament schedule over the spring and summer so all of your questions will be answered.

1- Legacy Yeti
2- 91
3- Rebels
4- everyone else
Top 3 will compete for many years, small margin between them. Express will bump up into that tier eventually, maybe Shore too, the typical household name programs always rise.

Any coach (and don’t the coach) that gets tossed out of 5th grade game is somebody that has a misaligned focus and does not put the kids first. That’s my opinion. Rise above the line, you’re the adult in the situation.
