Of course there’s gonna be a ton of players that don’t make these teams that will go on and have a lot of success. There are also a ton of parents who think their kid is the next Aaron Rogers or to keep it on wlax the next Charlotte North. I’m sure you have a few of those parents on your daughters club team. My daughter has done both AA and AS since she has been on two clubs the last three years that did different events and I will say for us AS was 100% a more competitive team with top to bottom amazing players then AA where there were girls on that team that wouldn’t make a high school varsity team. One team was picked by the 5th team in the country according to those [Censored] rankings. And one team was picked by like the 40th.
And on both teams there was around a 75% clip of nepotism

On AA when it was Under Armour it was horrible. Kids couldn’t catch last year. I’m sure AS misses some amazing players on a team that isn’t considered a top team. But that’s where the other 25% come. As someone stated on a previous post, Downstste cut both goalies but took 16 other PT kids. They had the guts to cut their goalies that have been on that team for years with them. I heard they did the same thing last year annd because of that three kids left their team. I think where it gets dicey is the ridiculous multiple teams they are putting out. Last year YJD made it. They didn’t do well

US Club out with a money grab list. I only recognize about 5-6 names in that list they put out today. But maybe that’s why they do it. To get the other girls recognized.

Yj Goalie and Steps kid are really good. Steps kid is a reclass though. So she’s a cheater. 😁

YJ Spallina record since 2021 is: 43-4-1
Opponents seem to be pretty legit

Still in shock with a few days to go before recruit summer starts this forum is dead. At least Spallina changed one of his games.

Stalking other teams schedules is just weird…..they are one of the top 2-3 teams in the country, bottom line. After all these years you still can’t accept it? I understand not liking them, but they are legit….time to worry about our own kids during this recruiting year

where did that bertolone team come from ? they were impressive against my daughters team. thought they were a lower tier yj team

They were missing approximately 10 players due to NY State Championships. A few of the girls from Spallina team helped them out on Saturday

Most brackets were competetive yesterday. Some teams put themselves in lower brackets just to pad their rankings. We know ranking are nonsense but The way the system is set up, play the 40th ranked teams who have an 90.00 rating and beat them by ten, that will jump you up to the top 10 with an insane ranking. You can tell looking at the goal differential what teams were properly in a bracket and who wasn’t. And many teams were missing players. Not like the 10 from YJ. That’s fool.

Looks like Spallina is dodging M&D 2025 Black. Don't see them on the list of games played.

M&D didn’t look great. Sure they were missing players. Lost to Skywalker’s and tied Prime Time who was also missing four or five.

That 3D Maryland tied doesn’t look impressive. I believe that lost to YJB was in a shorten L4C championship game, which Spallina didn’t make.

Its the players recruiting year people....who cares about games from 3-4 years ago. Good luck to all the players as 9/1 is quickly approaching!

Couple takeaways from the last two weeks. M&D not as good as advertised. Wonder if they lost kids. Can’t speak about YJ because the two tourneys had Spallina kids sprinkled on other teams. Prime Time has a potent offense but not great defense. Skywalker’s look really good! Monster buffoned themselves against Eagle Stix and then the coach embarassed himself with the refs. But no one is beating Spallina when they show up. Didn’t catch any Capital fl

M&D is missing one of top girls to injury. How did Monster lose to Eagle Stix? Missed that one

-One of M&D top players is injured, hasn't played yet this summer
-A few Spallina kids were only sprinkled in for 2 games with Bertolone team on Day 1 of live, love, lax. Day 2 they played shorthanded
-YJ Thorn/rella were full strength at both tourneys

Wasn’t just the loss. Lost 9-3. Towards end of the game coach got notIntelligent with officials when they gave a girl yellow card. After the game he was laughing with Maryland and UNC coach so it didn’t appear he embarrassed himself too much.

Spallina vs. Heros was great game until the second half. Heros fell apart and kept throwing away the ball……
Monsters vs Skywalkers was also close but because of turnovers Skywalkers gave it away

M&D beat Spalina at LFC fur the championship. They are the #1 2025 team.

M&D may have beat Spallina, but they didn't win the championship. They lost to Sky Walkers.

Then Sky Walkers is #1 with that logic since they have beat M&D 3 times straight.

A report from Under Armour 150. Very few coaches. But at least she got shoes and three shirts

Second the report from UA 150. Full disclosure, did it last year as well and thought it was well organized. This year was a disaster. Didn’t know how to communicate with parent after a lightning delay. And yes. Almost no D1 coaches. Saw Nova and American watching a game, that was it.

Heard Juniors had many more coaches. Some watching intently, some just catching up with other coaches.

I'm here at UA150 too. I've seen a few more coaches, but nowhere near last year. Most watched event so far was the combine testing.

Supposedly more coaches are expected tomorrow, but not sure if I fully believe that.

Question for anyone who went to both Juniors Open and Best In Class.

How did the talent levels compare? 26 just did BIC this year and curious if we made the right decision.

The coach for monster purple 25 is a clown. Has no self control and usually is the one getting the cards himself. Runs up and down the field screaming and jumping. I heard he is parent that figures

Saw a few more at second game including MD asst. Pitt, Xavier, Binghamton, American, UMBC, South Florida, Clemson, Duquesne... That said, we expected more/

Yep. I wasted $625 as well. That was in the four years I’ve been doing showcases with my kids the worst experience ever. And that’s saying a lot because I have been to the Maryland Showcase. Daughter was excited, there was 6 coaches at her 1st game today. Zero and second and third.
At least they’ll be 20-30 coaches at her next tournament. Some of those kids play on teams that don’t have tons of coaches showing up and this was one of those chances.
