The collapsed Tigers team all showed up at Team10 tryouts Tuesday night. Top players from other programs showed up as well. All looking to form another super team to be coached by Jordan Wolf. This all has to be killing the old Tigers Coach.

I love this back and forth. Wait until your kids are in HS next year and you will care less about your club team or any other club teams for that matter. Maybe true if you are a Ford or Friar, but otherwise club is crucial and essential part of getting to the next level if that's what you are looking for.

FACT: Team PA was put together well before they were World Series eligible. A few kids played last year due to age, but they competed as a team this year in the event.
FACT: they do have a lot of Team 10 and Mesa kids many of which were Roughriderz 27s before they imploded
FACT: Team PA has dissolved
FACT: Over half the team is interested in staying together at Team 10, but mainly since they are already there
FACT: Team PA was similar to Tigers as they were a one off, single age team with a ton of talent but very different from Tigers as the Team PA coach was sane, they kids enjoyed each other and the parents didn't have to decide which Bentley they should drive to Stone Harbor each weekend Thanks for the information, did your kid play on the team? What was the issue it did not stay together? It is tough running a single team outside of a club especially when the players also play on a regular club team (big difference between us and Tigers is that we were a supplemental squad, not a primary team). No hard feelings, just became too much to keep it all together. It’s tough building a team like a “treehouse” you need a solid base and everyone working together.

Really? I believe you’re talking out of your arse buddy. What club are you trolling for? I guess it was a matter of time before the Philly boards got as chippy as the MD and LI ones. If you know anything about Team PA you know it’s predominantly made up of kids from two clubs, so if there’s BS rumors being posted on the site you have a pretty good idea where they’re coming from. Haha - This guy is on all the boards so he knows...lost[/quote] I know, building a team is like building a “treehouse” need to find the right pieces to a puzzle.

If you are relying on a club to get you to the next level, you better rethink your strategy. My advice would be to look at colleges that are good fits and begin to contact those coaches directly when your son is done his sophomore season.

For public school kids, the better clubs offers a much higher level of competition to improve at.

If you are relying on a club to get you to the next level, you better rethink your strategy. My advice would be to look at colleges that are good fits and begin to contact those coaches directly when your son is done his sophomore season. Bold strategy Cotton….so you handled your son’s recruitment? Where is he playing college ball? Can I borrow your Rolodex? This is some bombshell information and May bankrupt every club in the area!

That’s the advice of every club and hs coach. Contact the schools you want to go to and also provide your coaches’ info so they can then reach out

Can't say Mesa is as good as Team Ten 27s when they played twice this year, Team Ten won both times. Outside of faceoffs which Mesa dominated, Team Ten was far superior and now widened the gap even more.
