Transfer to St Johns. They’re better than the entire MIAA anyway.

They was robbed. BL finds a way to lose and the last goal was clearly after the 0:00 .. No matter they was robbed. Please, they were not robbed, obviously you were not at the game or you didn't watch the tape...the McD goal was legit. What's more important is that BL should not have given up the ball to put McD in that position in the first place. Hats off to BL for a good season, sometimes it just isn't meant to be. McD vs STM should be a killer game. Agree 100% about turning the ball over. Disagree that they were not robbed. The ball was still in stick after the shot clock expired. It is the reason why the shot clock is being censored out of highlight film. The officials got it wrong. I don’t have a kid at either school so no dog in the fight. But the officials got it wrong. The game should’ve gone to overtime. The clock doesn’t really matter. Time is done when the horn blows. I don’t have a kid at either school, so it doesn’t matter to me. But, read the rules and/or talk to any ref in the MIAA. All the refs out there have analyzed this to death. They all agree the goal was good (I know because my husband is an MIAA ref and this is all they can talk about).

The officials got it 100% correct based on the sounding of the horn. Problem is the horn was being done manually and was not connected to the scoreboard, so whoever was responsible for the sounding of the horn could have been late, could have been early, or could have been right on time. One thing for certain is that when the horn sounded the ball was NOT in the stick. The refs use the horn not the game clock. What??? Refs dont use the horn as official time?? LOL. The clock on scoreboard is official time, Read the rules before lecturing us. WRONG. The play is over when the horn sounds.

Guessing you have a kid in the Program and can't figure out how to "escape" your plight: D+ players and coaches to quote you. I feel for your pain. Someone gives a School Administration a restricted gift for the aforementioned purposes. The School doesn't comply with the letter of the restricted gift or does some slick accounting to pull out traditionally budgeted funds and replaces them with restricted gift proceeds. The only choice a donor then has is to litigate, which is an expensive and unpleasant proposition. The more probable outcome, the donor just stops giving. I've seen donors gift a high percentage of a kid's tuition as a restricted scholar athletic award. The School awards it to an "uncommitted" aka a less than serious athlete. The kids enrolls and quits all sports and continues to receive full aid. You can gift a phenomenal physical plant. You can even fund lucrative coaching endowments and attractive athletic and academic leadership awards but you can't stop administrators from hiring ineffective coaches or coaches from recruiting and awarding leaderships to poor candidates. Sounds like you believe LB has management issues. Maybe you should elevate your thoughts to the School's President or members of their Board?

McD was the better team this time.

LOL, ""Ref #1 what is happening, the clock was 0:00 over a couple minutes ago and they are still playing,,, Ref#2 horn didnt go off , Until that happens we are playing " ....LOL It is better to be quiet and thought of as a clown than to write and erase all doubt. BL was robbed . Should have been OT

Where there is no visible clock, the timekeeper shall notify the nearest official 20 seconds before the end of the periods and sound an air horn at the end of each period. Bad Goal, Goal was released from stick after the electronic clock read 0:00. Game should have gone into OT to decide.
