Pick of the litter ? That’s funny. All the top teams have advantages in their area. Heros, m&d , sw all get really good talent and the out of state teams have them too. Underachieve is another funny word. Coming from a parent most likely means nothing. Sorry your kid didn’t make the team.

I don't think anyone from M&D is making excuses. Make not mistake though, when they are full strength they are a very, very good team and hard to beat.

watching M&D during the fall season, it looks like the team went away from playing team ball, to girls trying to put on a show for the cameras.

Don’t think it is particular to M&D. Seems like each team has that one or two girls who do not play team ball. You can watch it happen in every game.

The coach should have pulled them and sent them around to get all the camera time they wanted. Oh wait they were the coaches daughters. They need to concentrate on producing on the field.

Sounds like a disgruntled M&D parent....

SW has one on their team who isn’t a team player. She gets the ball in her stick and doesn’t look up to pass and flops to get the free position when she can’t get through the 4 girls defending her instead of passing it to the open girl in the middle or backing out to make the pass. Every team has one or two and those girls will be detrimental to the success of their teams.

Well these girls are doing something right. They are getting noticed with articles and watchlists. Usually the lead scorers as well.

There are no true watchlists for 25’s. Those lists are made up of girls who are nominating themselves by filling out a form online.

Not all the watchlists or articles of players in middle school mean much to college coaches. Neither do leading scorers when you force 7-8 shots a game to get 2 or 3 goals. Colleges are looking for smart and efficient team players but keeping telling your daughter to only shoot and not pass.

Watch the SW 24s they have three of them.

Approaching recruiting years… selfish play only gets worse! Hopefully college coaches see the selfish play and do not want those girls!

Hero’s has the same issue. One in particular but it is tolerated…..

Md has one or 2, northwestern too. So doesn BC. M&D has one. You forgot TLC and Coppermine too. Every team has a player that is aggressive on going to goal and doesn’t move ball much. Just worry about your own team and it won’t matter.
