According to our coach, yes there is a fall league.

Only 12 2026 teams registered so far. Will be two divisions of 6 teams each probably. Division levels will be mixed together like last year. Fall tournaments and winter indoors leagues give teams with new players a chance to practice together first.

Hawks dads need to just stay off these boards. You can't win. If they win a game it's because they're all holdbacks. If they lose everyone celebrates. If you decide not to play in a fall, off season league to play other sports it's because they're weak and can't play two sports at the same time.

The players could spend 10 hours a week serving meals at a homeless shelter and someone would come on here and call them punks who are just trying to get community service hours.

Your sons have a lot more success on the fields than you'll ever have on these boards.

A grown man replying to himself making up childish names about parents on a team his son isn't good enough to make. You got those guys right where you want em on the ropes. I actually commend your effort to keep going this long

It’s just so easy. Hawks coaches and a good handful of the parents have been sideline jerks for years. You reap what you sow.

Yes you do.

And in all fairness the other teams parents are usually in Haiti helping rebuild or helping a poor starving homeless albino orphaned baby immigrant during games. Never violating a trash cans right to just be a lid or trying to fight kids on the field or being tossed by refs. It has nothing to do with losing to them a lot, must just be those darn meanie parents!

You guys are so sad and predictable. You think anonymously ripping the coaches and parents on this board forces them to reap anything? What are they going to do? Stop trying to beat you? Lay down because you think they're sideline jerks? Do the rest of us a favor and stop obsessing. Lot's of other things (I hope) to discuss.

Hawks Dad's talk garbage about 13 year old kids every year. Not they want everyone to play fair. You cannot make this up! 😂😂

I think the point is that people on here thinking they're actually playing at something — fair or not — are hammerhead chests. Move on.

Mesa MD was only around for a couple years. It was JN's attempt to make some extra $$ and create a new feeder once he moved from Haverford to Gilman which he obviously no longer needs now that he moved on.

If you are a club director or coach, please consider adding this kids even if your roster is “set”. Good players and families who got a raw deal. Let this also be a lesson that out of town clubs and money grabbing is rampant and buyer beware. Mesa killed a solid program with arrogance and little regard for a decades long tradition in the severna park area. Don’t let your program get taken over.

Quit the sob story. People open and close businesses all the time. It’s their right to do so. There’s plenty of lacrosse and lacrosse clubs in that area. Stop making it seem like it’s the end of the world and blowing the situation out of proportion. When you’re done feeling sorry for yourself, go find another club to play for or just play rec and school ball.

Mesa director? Sorry, but it was not cool to give the teams no warning. You know it.

Mess MD was a hostile takeover with empty promises and a substandard product. Time to go back to PA, cautionary tale for the rest. Not sure how anyone can defend them.

What a DB comment. Maybe this person is just worried about where kid is going to play this year. Maybe he had lots of friends on that team and not able to play with them anymore. Some people are not trophy chasing for middle school lacrosse. Don’t forget it’s a game played by our kids

Nobody cares what you think is cool. Business is business whether you like it or not. If they were doing a good job running it, it wouldn’t have gotten taken over by someone offering a subpar product in the first place. Go cry somewhere else. Life goes on

Boo boo for poor little timmy. You make it seem like he’ll never get to see his friends again… Who cares, go find another club to play for or just play rec and school ball. He’ll make new friends and he can still see his old friends. All this worrying for no reason. You all sound like a bunch of overprotective, anxious moms

PA Mesa just sent an email out about doing a second team at each grad year, that is not a "money grab" like other teams.

Rumor has it (on this board) that the Hawks were so upset with the couple of losses in June and July that they convinced the entire Spalding varsity team to re-class to the eighth grade at Slade and they will now be the Hawks 2026 team.

Crabs 26, upon hearing this, started their own school and have taken Towson University men's varsity team as their inaugural eighth grade class.

But someone lurking on this board will remind us all the the smart money is on the Predators. They are the new power in town.

I would say the Hawks based on the talent they already have and it appears they have added a few more; not sure if they cut anyone to make room.

I think crabs would be 2nd; sounds like they brought in some out of state ringers, some holdbacks and the entire Looneys starting defense. King Crab working hard to stay relevant.

Have not heard much from Madlax and DC Express appears to be Black-ops.

91 apparently has added some 25's based on what is being said on this board, but I heard they were non-factors for the 2025 team which added 2025 crabs players.

FCA is falling apart it appears and it sounds like Looney's got one of their big middies but not much more.

Based on all of those rumors -

Hawks dominated again followed by
Crabs
DC Express
Madlax
91
Looneys
FCA
and whoever else thinks they' elite

Let’s revisit once fall season is over and everyone sees where everyone has landed. Plus we want to give Hawks time to get their speech ready “our players play football and the starters weren’t there!”

I've heard that their players play football and therefore don't play in fall HoCo and a few conflicting play days, but I've never heard anything about starters not being there. I do agree that everyone should wait until the fall to start making predictions. Professional handicappers have a hard time doing this with professional leagues. What makes people think they can piece together who is going to be good through this board chatter? You could go to every tryout and know who accepted offers to every team and still not have a realistic shot at knowing how the teams will perform when it matters.

Exactly! I have a good feeling about my son's team; all key players returning, coming off a good summer, and new talent at positions where it is needed. But I will save my bragging until after they have shown something on the field!

Why do you all care so much about the Hawks playing this fall. They said they were out. Who IS playing in HOCO? Why don’t we just concentrate on those teams.
