Now I am curious, why would "this come to a stop soon"? Will the players stop being good, teams figure out how to stop them or do you have some other inside information on MDU's demise?
Because a team shouldn’t revolve around two players, thats why it should come to a stop soon. Use your head.

Head over to the High School board and you’ll see complaints about McDonough running through one player.

If you banking on MDU dominance ending because a team “shouldn’t revolve around two players”, well I wouldn’t bet on it.

As they age, more half field offense is needed, more kids touching the ball but no reason to think MDU won’t adjust.

when the offense revolves around 2 girls, and all they do is go to goal every time. its not teaching them to play lacrosse. as girls get older, they will learn how to defend this.

The team will adjust like every team that goes from 4th grade draw control and go to goal to middle school offense of cutters and give and gos and iso.

If you didn't know any better, after reading above, you'd think that MDU was running wild and winning every division from 2030-2025......Oh wait.....

Excited to see what happens next weekend between to two top teams - Coppermine & MD United. Also exciting to see so many teams still alive for a playoff spot.

Yes, several interesting games...
Coppermine vs MD United - Saturday
M&D Black vs Heros - Saturday
M&D Black vs Crush - Sunday. This game should determine 2nd playoff spot Blue Division, regardless of M&D Black vs Heros outcome on Saturday.

M&D Black could sneak into first with a 2 wins this weekend and a Coppermine loss. i believe if first tie breaker is goals against?

If Coppermine loses to MDU they still won’t lose to BLC.
Even if M&D wins both Hero’s Green and Crush, that’s 6-1 for both, first tiebreaker is head to head (Coppermine won 5-4)

Neither team will lose final matchup

I don't think so. It's Head to Head

1. Teams will be seeded by their record according to the following formula (percentage):

[(#Wins + 0.5*#Ties)/(#Wins + #Losses + #Ties)]

2. Head to Head Competition (if there is a three way tie in head to head competition, that tiebreaker is thrown out).

3. Goals allowed against in-division opponents

4. Goals differential against in-division opponents (maximum score difference of 10 per game)

5. Goals allowed against all opponents

6. Goals differential against all opponents (maximum score difference of 10 per game)

7. 23 minute tie break game on the first day of the playoffs.

This is correct for the tiebreaker. Surprised that goal differential isn't ahead of goals against, but this is the tiebreaker.

They don't want to motivate teams to run up the score.
