The two girls from NEMS that play for Coppermine are really good. They left a team that wasn’t as strong to play on a better team. Any playing time has been earned and Coppermine already had a lot of really good players. This is what playing “Club” lacrosse is about- development of the best players. Unfortunately we have gotten to a point where every parent thinks their child is at the skill level to play club and they are not. There is a place for Rec and travel that is just as important for player development while allowing more equity in PT. Honestly playing time should be equal not because it is given to each kid but because all the players are of similar skill levels. That’s life- work hard because they is always someone that may want what you want but just a little more than you. I think the Coppermine 28’s is a really good team and the additions will make them all better. Excited to see what they do this year and hoping to get to see them play later in the season again.

Some good predictions here and the last one dead on. Some upsets though and bigger blow outs. Overall nice work.

I watched 1st half of the heros/crush game after our morning games, and I was shocked to see the final score. What happened in the 2nd half? It looked like crush had the game in hand.

Does anyone have any leads on draw clinics this summer? Or, even any complete game camps that you know have some specific draw instruction? Thanks!

These teams are 18-3 so far through Week 4 of NGLL.

It will be interesting to see if M&D Black can beat out Crush for that 2nd seed in the division, whoever does gets to play MD United in the semi-finals.

Crush looks tough to beat, very surprised they let Heros come back to beat them last week. Both teams are solid though. Surprised the MDU team is this strong.

Why are you surprised MDU is so strong? They’ve been winning since NGLL 2019.

They seem to have Heros number.

Maybe for 1 game or 1 year but they are not at the same level overall as others on that list imo.

Not on the same level as the teams they’ve beaten over and over? I think you are confusing the status of the overall club with the ability of individual 2028 teams.

Now I am curious, why would "this come to a stop soon"? Will the players stop being good, teams figure out how to stop them or do you have some other inside information on MDU's demise?
