Same 4 people on here commenting to each other. Give it a rest. You guys should meet up in a parking lot, punch each other in the face and call it a day. You can come too. Just get off your peloton, put on your kids team shirt, hat and sweats and you’re in. Take it easy sweetie. You don’t need to suggest such violence. It’s a kid’s game. Just a game. You're one of the 4. Yes. You too?

What a brutal forum. As a parent on a 26 team that qualified in North, I can objectively state that Sweetlax and Express LI are the cream of the crop. They clearly hadn't stopped practicing through COVID, have the size/athletic advantage, and just play flawlessly. We played 91 and they have some good players. I didn't see their 27's get much PT, so doubt it would have made a difference. Even if they did, its "U13", so whats the big deal. Lets see how these same teams perform in July when they've all had equal chances to practice and build chemistry. At this age LOTS can change in 3 months! Should be a fun summer.

I agree with you except for the 27's not getting much playing time. When my son played them there were at least 4 consistently in the game. It was clear because of the darker color helmet. They held their own though!

I agree also. They have some very good players. It wasn’t that long ago that they were very good. 4th 5th and 6th grade they were better than Express. A few additional players going into next season, they could really improve. Still a good team.

Some people just like to complain. If they lose to a MD team, they complain about hold backs, whether they have them or not. Now there are complaints about team 91 qualifying with the help of being up the better 6th graders. Who cares!? The U in U13 means UNDER. They are UNDER 13.

That is the greatest thing ever. Complaining that younger kids are playing up in lacrosse. The sport with holdbacks, double holdbacks, post-grad year, and graduate student players. Playing up? What a bunch of cheaters! Especially at the youth level! This is lacrosse those 6th graders should be playing 5th and 4th graders not up against 7th and possibly 8th graders. What a bunch of cheats!

Despite losing at East Qualifier and not being one of the six qualifying teams, the Towermen hype video, begging and pleading worked and they are now somehow "invited" to go.
Another example of everything wrong with youth sports today in this everyone gets a trophy day and age.
You were eliminated at the qualifier.
Stay home.

Stay home. Beg and plead and you get to go? What a sorry program and bad look for the WSYL if that's true.

It is on their Instagram page as of 2 days ago I guess there could be some spots available if not enough international teams enter. Also doesn’t make sense that central gets 2 invites when only three teams show up for qualifier.

Pretty sure it would be no problem to add a kid to a roster for any of these club teams .
