It depends on how many teams sign up for the other regions. Each regions will have similar percentage of teams advancing. So if east region has 25 teams signed up they will have more teams advancing

Too old for the World Series, but will show up 2 weeks later for the grade based NLF champs which they won in 2019

ranked based on what?

No idea, just wondering. USCL has a ranking system, didn't know if the WS did too.
