You are clueless. Although all Hawks dads are loud-mouths so you could be referring to just about anyone. There are no Hawks that play Nationals. We had 2 come by for a guest appearance but they arent with us. You will see the real Nationals this summer. I honestly didnt even notice them when they did play with us.

The Hawks have become the Crabs of old. Everyone is envious of their record.

Based on where teams played in 2019 Spring season, head-to-head wins in the Fall 2020 tournaments, and USCL Fall 2020 rankings this is one possibility. Note that * = programs are not confirmed with 2027 team. Additional criteria was to make even number teams in each division, and of course applying the WAG principle.

I forgot Madlax DMV has more than 10 of the Bethesda Blue team. They won't slide unless those families have run back across the river.

Crabs will not be in Elite. They did not have a great summer and were 0-fer in the fall, including losses to Sidewinders and Richmond Hawks. 91 has beat (in some cases handily) or tied everyone they've played in AAA since the summer. BLC teams and Madlax DMV could move down. Lower divisions are a WAG at this point without knowing which programs are actually fielding teams at this grad year. Hearing that some programs may be opting out of a spring season.

Based on HCRP Online Registration (which closed on 15 Feb) here's how many team registered for each division. Likely to be movement since its a 7 game regular season and HoCo likes for teams to have one game vs all others in division, so that would mean 8 team divisions. Given there are 39 teams registered, one division would have 7 teams.
