Igloo B team (Deep Freeze) and Express Wieczorek, which is the Express B team (stop it with the AA/A/B team garbage).. CoachC is their top team and they are the best LI 2026 in the age bracket as of now. I understand that the top 13-15ish boys are always on the CoachC team. The next 10-12 or so boys rotate.. They can go and sit on the bench/play scrub time for a tournament with the CoachC team and then go and get playing time with Wieczorek team. So the Express kids from 16-30 might swing up and down and/or play with both. The last batch in the pool (players 31-45ish) always are on the Wieczorek team, and probably get less time because of those swing players who come in and out. That's the Express model.... and it works for them as an organization and their team/parents.

that is not true...top two express teams don't shift kids back and forth.

Obviously you don’t have a part on these teams... They have 3 teams and are very clearly defined by skill level. They all train together but are and have been completely divided for every play day/tournament this year. For instance not 1 single player from CoachC’s team played on Sunday. The A team has about 28 boys, B team about 22 boys and C team about 20.

28?? That's ridiculous, especially at $4k per player

Correct. If anyone shifts, it's kids from the B team that may be fringe players and will play with the 3rd team. None of the top team comes down, nor do any kids from the 2nd team go up. There have been very clear lines drawn at this point.

But those kids on the C team will certainly be lead to believe they "could easily move up and may one day be on the top team". CoachC knows what he's doing. Everyone pays same money to say they're part of Express and the hope they'll one day be relevant to CoachC. The C team kid practices at the same time as the A kids, so he'll go home thinking he's part of the "in" crowd. Cant fault CoachC... knows how to keep the money coming in.

B. A played yesterday in NJ.

Who else was playing in NJ yesterday?
2Way went undefeated taking down LILC, 91 and BBL. 91 beat S2S in a good game.

Is it true 2way brought all older kids down ? Gamer tape is suspicious

What is gamer tape?

Igloo and 91 in the B division? Why not play the big boys? What a let down. Outlaws should be in the B group

Win win.

Smart move from a developmental standpoint.

Also good for everyone else as it should help all better know where their team fits in the rankings.
