I don’t know what was heard or not heard in the stands, but I do know the player plays dirty. He deliberately caused a head injury ten yards away from the ball. Did he or his family apologize?

Apparently he is the nephew on the PA RR dad; genetics.

What kind of head injury does the goalie have?

Boring conversation, time to move on . . . . where is the Hawks dad?

He was held out the remainder of the game due to a possible concussion, but as far as I know he is good to go this weekend. Thanks for asking.

Glad to hear the kid is ok. No place for cheap shots away from the play especially to the head.

Tell him not to come out of the crease this weekend...he might hear footsteps...

Seriously who are you people? Nobody should be targeted on the field.

Trust me, that won't be a problem. I hope your RR player learns to control his emotions better, and that he apologizes the next time the teams are at the same venue. Enough said.

So VLC parents threatening players now. Wow. You just took it to a whole new level person.

Glad to hear he doesn’t have one. But everyone needs to calm down. Frustration on the fields happen when a team is getting blown out. Cheap shots happen ALL the time because of it. It doesn’t mean the kid plays dirty because of a hit on a goalie outside of the crease out of sheer frustration. These are 12 yr old boys who play with a ton of emotion. Leave the kid alone. He made the hit, he got sidelined for it. The goalie is ok. Threats from VLC parents if the kid doesn’t apologize is no better than the hit itself. Grow up you full grown adults.

Not a VLC or RR parent but a goalie dad--but FYI that goes both ways. Your boy would do well to keep his head on a swivel if he comes near the crease next time they play. Defenders and goalies absolutely remember jersey numbers.

Funny how parents of losing teams grab at straws to portray the other team's parents or kids as terrible people. what did you misinterpret as a threat against anybody?
