The FCA defense against the RR attack was beautiful lax all around...the FCA attack vs RR defense was poor play with an awful ending.

No, not really. He just couldn't overtake the FCA player and lost it. The father was on the goal end, team side of the field yelling like an stunad most of the game. Seemed pretty simple, they just couldn't take losing and time running out.

How do you knock a kid out who’s wearing a helmet and you are wearing gloves?

FCA got called for a penalty which started it (flag was down and ref should have blown it dead). RR player should not have knocked him out, but the flag was on FCA so he obv started it and unfortunately felt the consequences.

FCA is that one team always involved in some BS while the parents stand around and go "What, What, not us, never", but it always seems to involve them. I've watched them lose championships because they couldn't control themselves on the field. Unfortunate because they have a good team.

Saw True, Illinois Premier is in several brackets listed on the Machine for upcoming Summer Exposure. What does this say about the True organizations view of their Annapolis team being they played down to a 27 team yesterday and are not even registered for Exposure. Also does anyone know anything about their Premier team? Is it an Allstar team from Illinois, a national all star team or just their top club team from that area.

Does it really matter how? The behavior it what needs to be addressed and the kid who threw the punches should never be allowed to be on a lacrosse field again.

I saw True Annapolis play Madlax yesterday and they are inept on offense. Are just bad on offense. No chance they beat any quality teams when you cannot score.

Saw a game in Delaware in the Fall where an FCA defender inflicted the cheapest of cheap shots against a Hawks middle. Same deal, ref stopped the game. Not sure how injured the Hawks player was but I would say he suffered a concussion at the least based upon how his head hit the ground. Literally the cheapest cheap shot I have seen in youth sports.

Madlax is touted as a top 20 team in the country and only beat True 6-2; hardly a powerhouse displayed by Madlax.

I was wondering that too, but maybe the kid's head bounced off the ground which knocked him out, not the actual punch. Nothing justifies throwing the first punch, but if flag was down on FCA, hard to say he didn't start it. Not that any FCA parent will admit their sweet little Christian athlete had anything to do with it though.

The FCA teams have some of the worse parents. Not living up to the idea behind the club for sure.

Do confessions absolve you of assault and battery or does the prayer circle handle that?

Hard to tell; still waiting on the NAL schedule if this is still happening?? I think that would be the biggest tournament along with NLF. That schedule is out; looks like 91 is hiding from the elite teams up there.

Summer Exposure schedule is out. Nice to see some local teams stepping up while others go play the "Our lady of the worthless miracle club lax rub and tug shootout" where no one can see them and they can crush some shlubs!!

Primetime and Towermen?
I’m sure those Rec teams wished they were in a different bracket.
Maybe they can play the Crabs in a consolation game?

Curious why the NAL middle school brackets have 2 champions while the HS brackets have a true bracket with 1 winner? Filed availability?

Yeah, seems odd they couldn't fit in one more game. Unless there's a limit of teams playing 4 games in a single day now or something

Sounds like they are trying to move the tourney to CT or PA since MD was just added to the quarantine list of states.

Maryland was added to the quarantine list in NY. No MD teams to NY and no NY teams to MD without a 14 day quarantine both ways.

Sports are about to shut down because people can't follow simple instructions. Get ready.

It was sunny and hot! Conditions were not ideal for them to win! Everyone knows they need cool and overcast skies to compete! Give them a break!
