Not according to their site and don't say it's not updated as they have 21's listed too. I count about 10.

I see nothing changes in the box season compared to HOCO and Summer Tournaments

How many teams in this area are playing and where. Didn't hear much about box, only that Columbia indoor disaster. Are the numbers good and is it worth it?

What's wrong with Columbia box? My kid's team entered for the first time.

There is a league that plays in Columbia and one that plays in Brooklyn Park

Parents sure take box serious. Has not changed

Myers pavilion has the best true box League around. Box goals moving picks. No boarding. It’s fast and will improve any kids stick skills. The rest are just indoor lax.

They can't seem to get enough solid A and a solid B teams so everyone gets lumped in one. Some coaches will then get a raging boner by beating a rec team out there having fun 45-2. To make it worse they will do nothing to rectify it as your check is cashed Just hope your kid ends up on the positive side of things.

Box lacrosse is also not played on a 6x6 with no boards which is the situation in Columbia.

With all that said. Good way to get in some game experience in the winter.

That league isn't box. It's 6v6 with full goals and offsides. The field is about 50 yards long.Defenders can play with long poles. It's middle of the pack to lower competition. My son played in it for a couple of years and had a blast. Games are usually have 40+ goals, No faceofffs other than start of halves

I'm seeing Hawks helmets on several different teams. Did they not field a team? Crabs, Looneys, 91 all have teams

If talking about Columbia there is no 2026 team. If you are talking about Myers Pavilion. A few 2026 and 2027 players are on the Retrievers team. One of the Hawks 2026 goalies plays for Retrievers and fills in for teams that do not have a goalie and he wears a Hawks helmet. I have not seen a 91 box team this year yet. But they had a really good one we played against last year.

If you want to play box you need to learn box lacrosse from the right coaches. Too many people offering box lacrosse that don’t know what they are doing. If your interested in box look to Warthogs in Md and Fusion in Pa

Switching clubs every year must be a 2026 Goalie thing
