I find this discussion fascinating. Every team has some percentage of turn over every year. And given the landscape of entitled kids bred by stunad parents not sure player movement can be attributed to mistakes made by the previous club. When it comes to parents if you don't stroke them and tell them how special little Johnnie is 24/7 that club is evil and they look to move. Some clubs do employ the motto of having to have talent to attract talent while others develop it organically. Different models, different approaches each riddled with its fair share of draw backs and benefits which becomes illustrated by what parents enforce. Unfortunately you have a general population that know little about the sport, little about how to evaluate the right situation for their kid, and zero appetite to weather the storm of this long process.

25 BL Academy.... half the team threatened to leave after the other half trash was fighting and making a spectacle at Hershey. Panic time....for someone. Maybe selling your soul for a win at youth lacrosse might not be good for business.

You know every youth lacrosse coach laughs at the argument taking place on this board. Your "great" 12 year old is never the "great" 15 year old. Even if you look at the best area high schools for lax...it doesn't always match up with the best club teams in that same area.
