Each year, our club lets it be known on day 1 that parent conduct is to be exceptional on the sidelines. some of these "top" clubs have some of the worst parents on the sidelines. Those of your affiliated with the black and the red should really see how silly you look. Noticed recently that many dont wear their team's swag or colors. You're not only giving your club the reputation noted on this page, you're coaching and refereeing from the sidelines will be a huge turn off to college coaches. MDR "attack" dads and Mom trying to hide her affiliation wearing a camo hat... we still see you!

Chicken v Egg : Do MD & Heros have the most success because they develop the best talent, or because they have the best reputations and can be highly selective and sign the best talent??? Geographically, they have the deepest talent pools to draw from - Howard, Carroll, Baltimore counties etc. You can switch coaches from MD & Heros with a B level coach and those teams would still be successful because of pool of players they can draw from. So many girls jumping clubs in 4-5-6 grades because their parents think they will get better opportunity with higher level club.

Is it better for a player to get limited playing time at attack and sitting at X to back up FP shots on a really good team, or would they have better chance for growth as a leader on a non elite team. ??

Can we talk about the abhorrent condition of the facilities at Gerstell today. Not enough John’s to handle the number of people. Disgusting.

last time i checked MDU went on a losing streak this summer, and only won like 1-3 games

I thought 2024 was Integrity’s top performing team? Can’t wait to see where they commit in September! Integrity has has terrible college recruiting the past several years but the 2024 year should be different. It can be worse!!

Top Integrity players went to Heros and MDU. Integrity still has a few decent field players left, but the high scorers are gone. Predictor for fall, their biggest competition will be MDU, HOCO, etc. MDU will be much stronger w coaching change and influx of good players. Heros just got even stronger based on a few additions. Smart moves for top players from Integrity to top recruiting clubs.

Instead of being the fashion police and being critical of that parents are or aren’t wearing, try watching your daughter play for once. Stay in your lane troll

Exactly like Hype girl #6 on M&D Black. Talk about a toxic bully who is not a teammate. Her former Stars team was so glad to see her go and that team blossomed when she left. It’s sad watching her Narcissistic behavior toward her teammates. M&D should have have and could have done better by researching.

You have no idea what your talking about none of the integrity players went to MDU at least none of the decent players. MDU has lost a couple of there players to integrity i’m pretty sure MDU has lost a lot of there amazing players and there biggest competition will probably be cclax this year

Princess was already on the stadium field ready to start their game. Entitled Dad is the snowflake that had to park in grass close to the stadium because he couldn't walk 8 extra spaces to the open parking spots. He must have been in a hurry because he needed to play referee and coach from the stands.

This whole thread has some very sad commentary. These are young ladies, who play a very fun sport, that will never pay their mortgage in the future. It may help them pay for college which then will assist hopefully in a bright career and future success.

I hope these comments are not coming from adults who are indeed parents of children, as that would just be heartbreaking, that said adults are disparaging children with such negative words.
