Both teams shortened the bench in the final, as they should. This may sound harsh, but if junior didn't play in that final, chances are he's on the way out when they stack the team for Denver. Enjoy that $8000 season to watch him sit next year.

How did that work out? I guess we know who's the better team, at least for right now.

Some Express North kids have drivers ed on Saturdays. They couldn’t make the tournament.

We were warming up on a field next the express north team. They were huge for a 2025 team.
cheaters!! in every age group . destroying the sport

North went 1-2 in this grade bracket. Looks like they need bigger kids!

it's NOT cheating, just because Little Jr. isn't growing and the bigger kids that were uncoordinated and slow are now more competitive than Little Jr. and he's spending half the game on the ground doesn't mean anyone is cheating. On the bright side there's always soccer, knitting, or badminton for Little Jr.

My son plays on a North Jersey team, we have a number of pre-first and we don't have the January school cutoff date. Express North was much bigger than us and the MD teams we play. Is there a powerplant on that part of LI that makes them hit puberty early?

Express North is not an LI team.

And that was a guy from North Jersey. That's a Blastard trying to minimize the Express North team. The truth is, EN draws from a very large area (including Conneticut). They have their choice of kids, so obviously they will select the biggest and most skilled boys available to them.

If they are on grade, it isn’t cheating. But just don’t come on here and say there are not holdbacks on that team. Please. And a significant amount of them.

Was it my imagination or did 24 pull players from 2 different teams at Blatant last week?
If you're going to enter tourneys, at least get all your kids the same uniforms!

Agreed

Absolutely agree. Even outside the "A" bracket.
Granted, there is a dramatic step down from the teams in "A" to the teams in "B". But it is nice to see the amount of teams that participated. Should make for a nice summer season.

Guess the ringers didn't help. Got smoked by Tribal SJ in semis.

Amazing. Let's bring in some ringers so we can qualify for the WSYL. Let's also pay an extra $3,000 to play the same teams in Denver that we see here every weekend on Long Island. You people are nuts. Save your money to pay for your new leased Range Rover.

Madlax was caught cheating in the Maryland spring league. They had a team with 5th and 6th graders and put them in a division just for 5th graders. Got called out during the playoffs and were disqualified.

So not only do they have reclassed kids on every team, they illegally play down.

I'm wondering how many new kids CoachC has recruited because of his recent losses.
