If DAD doesn't get the proper respect at the school...

If DAD is not given the head coach's ear even after writing big checks...

Or if DAD's lacrosse genius is not recognized by the program...

then young Johnny Laxalot will be moved on to a place where DAD can be the man.

Sad.

Or sometimes the DAD is the HC or AD and the favoritism continues...

Agree. Its like the old days of the smoke filled rooms of politics where the fatcats picked who they wanted to run for office, not who the people wanted.

"The Old Days"? Today's Democrat party is a cesspool of corruption and shady back room deals.

CHC, BL, MCD, Gilman, Loyola, SP, Sorry Spalding, you don't break into the top six for another year or two.

Hasn't SM has been in top six 3 out of last 4 years?

Yes but Spalding has been killing them on the recruiting trail the last two years. Look for the Cavaliers to be on the rise while SM and Severn descend.

They got a couple of decent hawks players. Better hawks went to SJC and a few api players that will never see the field.

There's only so many fish in the sea..... Sorry but I'm right on this one...... SP has a hot young coach and an institutional desire to be good again. Loyola just conducted a national search for their new staff. Gilman is loaded with experienced upper classmen. CHC, BL and MCD are always loaded. That would be six and with Spalding overflowing with underclass talent, they're the next to crash the party.

SP coach earl is closer to 50 than young. They are the real SP, and they beat at least half of you tuition monkeys, especially the two right by the state champs.

Public school championship is a nice consolation prize.

Spalding has been killing on the recruiting trail for the past 7 or 8 years. Their time will come.

We all sure do hope so!
For as much [ChillLaxin] talking that goes on here and other places they haven't even been competitive for the past 7-8 or maybe even EVER. All these schools have talent and recruit well. Somehow they know how to win and at the very least be competitive.
