Maybe there is something to all his yelling after all. I thought coaches had more input into recruiting? The guy can yell with the best of them. But my personal observations are that , through all that yelling is a man that cares about these boys and he will fight for those boys come crunch time. I can’t say that about D as evidenced by the way he treats most people. Very true its all about D's ego . His is good at marketing his product so HE could reap the benefits, Is this they guy that posted a video of himself playing lacrosse after someone questioned his playing career? Who a .....!

Preds cleaned up down in PA obviously not the same competition in LI but a great win. PT had trouble against bandits, but had a good day. Tourney Machine records many area teams this weekend. Results vary per class. 2025- 91Tristate almost won PA tourney (Preds there too) 2024- Preds did well in PA (91TS didn't at 0-3) 2023- PT played in Elite hardest tourney, lost 2 games to the top teams in country-- no other area team competed- telling. I assume post above is about this game- Preds won PA tourney beating Mesa who is legit. 91TS at same PA tourney (1-2). 2022- PT, Eclipse, Express, North, 2Way all at Elite tourney. All seemed to compete well except 2Way (0-3). Preds at IL Intitational and competed well. 2021- same as 2021's except Eclipse beat PT, all good records. 2Way won a game. Preds at IL tourney did well. 2020- Same as above except Express North beats PT. And no 2Way. Preds in IL do very well. Younger teams are very random Middle school teams all about Preds, PT HS teams Preds, Eclipse, PT, Express North very solid, 2way full level below. Where is 2023 2Way, Eclipse?

His is good at marketing his product so HE could reap the benefits, I think the big guy's yelling causes players to be timid, afraid to make a mistake. Kids should be playing with confidence and that's not the environment he creates. I've heard him yell more than once when he was wrong. Just counter productive. How are kids expected to play well when they have to worry about being screamed at or demeaned if they make a mistake? Its just wrong. I've seen it at all levels and friends, its absolutely counter productive and coaches needed to be called out for it.

every single organization has coaches that are great with kids and those that aren't- my advice is to stop worrying about AA, A, B and find a program that is competitive enough with a coach their child responds to. if he or she is good enough, they will be found, its that simple .

I think was more of a jab at the director than the team, PT 2023 is a good group of kids, coach is a good guy, was a good first tourney for the boys

You are suppose to have caught up by now. You couldn't even beat the other top Long Island team without their best player. Nick D did a good job for you. LOL

Not a bad reflection on Prime Time. You score on Bandits, keep the ball. It doesn't happen often. Same goes for 2024 WP.

the days of PT getting the best kids is over , too many other choices . 2022 could be his last great team . absolutely nothing to do with the players on these teams, they are all quality players, he is just not drawing kids from all over like in the past .

Nick D is a god, he walks on water. He doesn’t make mistakes. He got all his experience playing d 3 Lacrosse . He is the man. Every dog has their day. His days of being top dog are numbered.

You guys crack me up. You cannot draw any sound conclusions from the past weekend wherever you played. Many top players were not there and in football play-offs, a lot of random helmets...newly added players from the fall. Most teams won't be at full strength until June.

It is so fun reading posts from disgruntled parents whose marginal kid was cut...get on with your life Dad, your kid is finally playing on a lower level team where he belongs and will be fine. Of course you will continue to be a toxic parent on the sideline infesting all the other parents with you (lack of) knowledge.......................

Pt in general across the board will be fine, because honestly who gives a crap about youth lacrosse , being the #1 team in 8th grade will probably have no affect on a childs future if that child is good enough

Of course you will continue to be a toxic parent on the sideline infesting all the other parents with you (lack of) knowledge....................... Agreed. Not only get on with your life, but get out of your kid's life. My son tried out for PT (was very close, but got cut after the final invitation only tryout).It was a disappointment, but our kid learned a very valuable lesson. 8th grade is a great time to be learning to deal with unfavorable situations because the stakes are so low.

Nice that this forum is getting some snarky donk comments like the LI boards. Finally! Westchester is too fancy and nice. PT 2023 wins a very solid tourney and the hate posts follow. Saw a few 2023 PrimeTime games. Solid overall talent, but middies try to do too much on the clears and fast breaks. Works against 2nd tier teams, but won't work against the big boys. PT was missing their goalies and a few others at Sachem so didn't get a good read of how they might match up this spring against LIE, Bandits and the like.
