All this talk about playing up is silly. You want Express to play up so you can see them lose. Or, you want them out of tournaments so that your sons team can have a chance to win. Well, that’s not how sports work, Snowflake. The best teams win. They’re 11 year old kids and they are very good right now. That may change over the next few years, but playing up now serves no purpose. Some 7th grade boys start getting very large. Playing up becomes dangerous. They won’t play up in A divisions because they will get destroyed, so the only option is to play weak teams. Like Blast tomorrow; those teams are not good. Blast will likely beat them, but those boys are not going to like it and could potentially take it out on those tiny Blast kids. It doesn’t make sense. Playing up doesn’t equate to playing better teams, just bigger. It is the clubs/coaches responsibility to put the teams in the tournaments best suited for them. Not to win shirts.

Force looks like the real deal. I’m not sure that Blast would have been able to beat them today.

Good team but not in same class as 91.

That’s so funny. The team lost 10-0 to the Express just 5 days ago. Farce beat the Epic Jokers, who is nice B level team. Also, Farce barely beat Roar today (who lost to Express 32-3) and played a team a low B team in Tri state. So stop it. Next week the Farce has Chan, 2way and North. Go 2-1 and play a competitive game vs Chan and then you say “real deal”.

Awww poor 91 parent, cant take it when the true facts are laid out.
Actually not an Express parent at all.
Just calling you out on your BS.

Don’t know about you but I saw a different express team on Monday. Stud after stud being subbed into the offense. Don’t know where they came from but good luck. Legacy was undefeated and got humiliated by them twice. Wouldn’t have mattered if those other legacy kids were there.

I would have to agree with you on that.

The think I don’t get about Monday is why did Legacy play them again? Usually just 2-0 vs 2-0 and winner ends it. Did Legacy really expect a different result? It was actually worse.

That’s why they shut them out in the championship game . Message sent.

Express would beat Blast by at least 10; therefore, Force would give Blast a game. When Blast plays a good team, then we can compare. And there are no goo teams tomorrow

Whoever created the game schedule for Halloween Havoc didnt do a very good job.
Epic Jokers only ended up in that championship game because they played the 3 weakest teams for their initial games.
If they had played Roar or Greenwich they would have lost. It would have been far more interesting to see those teams against Force in the championship game.
The organizers should have recruited one more team and then had an A and B bracket. If not, do a much better job setting up games.

How about you stop shadow boxing with opponents you haven’t played. Claim defeat when you actually win.

Was 91 originally supposed to be in tournament? Why did they bail?

Express B did Einstein. They would have made up the B bracket with the teams above and the A bracket was the other. But the tourney director obviously doesn’t know enough about the teams to make a good bracket.

FYI, they were Taz kids last year, but this year they’re Launch. I don’t know why people are so upset. The 91 team was very good, but they’re a year younger. I commend them for playing so well.

91 played well but the goalie play in the 2nd half kept 91 them in the game. The kid did great. No, not his dad.

2025 Chan express is listed as playing this weekend in both 2025A bracket and 2024A bracket. And there are conflicting times, so is he splitting the team for this?

Express 2025 is playing 2024 because half of those kids can't play in the WSYL next year.
They will see though that they can't complete in the 2024 bracket. That's why those boys who are a year older are playing down a year. They couldn't make it on the A teams in 2024. Good solid players, but size does come into play and they will be shut down in the 2024 bracket.

Lol. Do you sit around and make this stuff up. All starting 10 will be at the WSYL in the summer of 2020

They are playing the B teams in the bracket. The only two decent teams are Taz and Express Schwale and they aren’t playing either one.

What are the WSYL age rules?

Cut off is 9/1/07. Earlier than that and you’re out of luck.

They will see though that they can't complete in the 2024 bracket. That's why those boys who are a year older are playing down a year. They couldn't make it on the A teams in 2024. Good solid players, but size does come into play and they will be shut down in the 2024 bracket.

They are playing the B teams in the bracket. The only two decent teams are Taz and Express Schwale and they aren’t playing either one.

S2S is a good B team but small in size. Igloo has big kids which will make it hard for them. And 2 Way will crush them.
