Madlax finished regular season in HoCo league in 4th place. Lost playoffs in finals. A very good team, capable of winning any weekend, but not necessarily better than the best LI or MD teams.

I can’t believe it’s two days after the tourney and this lost is still making excuses. What a lost! No shame in losing to a LI team. You must be use to it by now.

the commentators were probably massively hung over and hating their life for having to make up nonsense about a 6th grade lax game

Not a WP parent but got to see the dynamics yesterday. Great coaches. Great organization. Spoke with a couple of parents that found not have been more welcoming. Head Coach refuses to cut players because of the bond they have built. They have been like fathers to those boys. With that said, healthy competition is not a bad thing. New players will come. That’s obvious. Top 5 or so of Taz will join WP. Will playing time be reduced for some... yes. But, where else are you going to get to train with the best “on age” competition to prepare for WSL. What an awesome ride for these boys!

Agreed. Funniest commentators ever. I felt like I was watching a Saturday Night Live episode

Interesting comment considering MadLax has beaten all the LI teams multiple times. One thing about 6th grade lacrosse is that any team can win any game. The games are always close and hard fought. Too bad the dads on here don't have the character that the boys have on the field.

Which team challenged ML other than in the championship?

What do you mean by lucky? Did ML barely win their games? Tourney app says they easily won quarterfinal and semifinal games.

Good luck. With that. That ride is a train wreck . Would be silly to go there . Will be a mess . Find out for yourselves. Sound like a disaster.

that is to funny. Your a trouble maker careful what you wish for . Def not top kids going there . The TAZ kids will be the one with the less playing time. The inner struggle begins.

That's why Brian Spallina is taking over. Too much sentimentality to make a winning team. A new broom sweeps clean! WP parents have to be in a cold sweat right now, wondering ...
